Membership

Join the Vista Diablo Cabana Club!  We pride ourselves on having a beautiful community pool for our members and treat our neighbors as family.  We have some of the lowest Season Pass fees in the Concord/Walnut Creek areas!

Annual Assessments & Fees.  Fees are variable per year. In the 2026 season the Annual Assessment for all members was $450.00. Season Pass holders pay current Member dues plus $100.  For 2026, a Season Pass is $550.  There is no longer a $300 buy-in fee.

Boundaries. We are a private community-owned and operated pool facility whose membership is limited and is restricted to persons owning or residing in single-family residential homes situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, in the area bounded by Treat Boulevard, Lime Ridge open space, Via Montanas, San Miguel Road, the right of way of the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District, and Oak Grove Road. 

Types of Membership. There are two types of membership at the VDCC:

1. Mandatory – 233 single-family properties within the boundaries, designated as proprietary members by the CC&R’s attached to the property. They are obligated to pay an annual assessment as determined by the VDCC Board of Directors. Membership passes to successive property owners and cannot be sold, transferred or terminated.  
2. Voluntary – those single-family properties within the boundaries, not designated as Mandatory, are eligible to purchase a year to year Season Pass which can be terminated any time.
